I run Dance classes for kids
(4 ½ - 9 years) Senior
Kids/teenagers (10 –19
years) and for adults (20 years & over)
We teach various dance style
such as Jazz, Hip-Hop, Salsa,
Jive and bollywood styles of
dance.
Batches run at convenient times
for all, dance batches are
10.00am, 11.00am, 4.30pm, 5.30pm,
6.30pm, 7.30pm & 8.30pm.
We have instructors
who are professionally trained
by the institutes for the different
age group and particular styles
of dance, so as to give the
students the best value for
his/ her money.
In my fitness Centre I have
students from the age group
of 8 years – 57 years
running nine different batches
6 days a week.
We have several weight loss
programs to suit every
individual depending on his/her
requirements.
Our Aerobics sessions are
very popular as we incorporate
a lots of dance movements with
in the aerobics form this makes
the class so much more enjoyable
and purposeful at the same
time.
Student who have joined The
Darren Das Institute of Fitness
have gained immensely in confidence,
and attitude as they have literally
rid them selves of additional
fat, inches and unwanted weight.
